Taiwan actor Darren Wang and nine other people were arrested on Tuesday morning for suspected of evading military service and document forgery. TheMKS sportsy have been taken into custody by local criminal investigation bureau officers for further investigation, with authorities not ruling out the possibility of other suspects being involved in the case, according to Taiwan's TVBS News.

Police officers went to Wang's residence at around 9 am Tuesday with a search warrant and a detention warrant, where Wang was surprised when he answered the door. After explaining the case to him, the police carried out a search, which lasted more than an hour, as reported by the TVBS.

When Wang was taken to the security van, he noticed the media but didn't say anything about the incident, said the TVBS.

It is reported that the police will later on transfer the case to the Taiwan NewTaipei District Prosecutors Office for investigation. The reason for the case will be explained by the Office.

According to Taiwan media United Daily News, Wang's agent has not responded to the incident as of press time.

Darren Wang, 33, is a Taiwan actor. He became popular in 2015 for his role as the male lead in the movie Our Times.
