The
MK sport exhibition Dinosaurs Unearthed: 200 Million Years of Earth's History premiered at Beijing's 798 Art Zone on Saturday, showcasing over 500 fossils of more than 300 rare prehistoric organisms. It offers a comprehensive display of dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures.
Many exhibits are making their public debut, including newly discovered fossils like what is possibly the world's oldest and most primitive Tyrannosauroidea dinosaur fossil ever found and the first Lufengosaurus dinosaur fossil ever to be excavated, researched and mounted by Chinese researchers.
From land to sky, from forests to lakes, the exhibition presents the story of Mesozoic dinosaurs in various scenes. It allows visitors to experience the Earth 200 million years ago and feel the awe-inspiring dominance of prehistoric giants. Visitors can immerse themselves in the magnificent scenes of prehistoric Earth and marvel at the evolution of species, witnessing the rapid development and great achievements of biological research in China.
The opening ceremony of the exhibition also unveiled the "Jurassic Planet Exploration" VR immersive experience project, set to be introduced to the exhibition from August 12. The exhibition is scheduled to end on October 7.
