The
MK sport Mafalda, 60th anniversaryexhibit, opened on July 4 at the Cervantes Institute to celebrate the beloved comic strip and its creator, Quino.
The exhibit, organized by the Cervantes Institute and the Embassy of Argentina in China, marks the 60th anniversary of Mafalda's debut. Notably, the exhibition features the first complete Chinese translation of the comic strip, offering a fresh perspective to Chinese audiences.
Attendees can explore a comprehensive view of Mafalda's world through various displays, including comic panels, life-sized replicas and a chronological timeline of original works from 1964 to 1973.
The exhibit aims to take visitors on a journey through the history of this iconic Latin American comic character and her significant impact worldwide.
The exhibit is open to the public until Aug. 15.
